Robert R. Pelletier, President
Robert R. Pelletier, who is a co-founder and President of Veritas Analytics, Inc., has nearly 40 years of security experience in the service of the U.S. Government and industry. Beginning in 1959 as a cryptographer in the U.S. Army Security Agency, he subsequently joined the US Government, serving over twenty-one years as a technical analyst. Specific area specializations include proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, foreign technology capabilities, CONOPS, collection requirements analysis, and threat and vulnerability analysis.

Following his government service, Mr. Pelletier continued his service to the US Government in industry with ESL, Inc. and TASC, Inc. While at these companies, he was involved in SIGINT environment forecasting, collection platform requirements analysis, target analysis, risk and vulnerability assessment and due diligence analysis, operational threat assessments and go-no-go recommendations to the government.

Mr. Pelletier received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from George Mason University and has maintained currency in the analytic disciplines through continuing education training and membership in various professional organizations including the American Society for Industrial Security International (ASIS), Armed Forces Communications-Electronics Agency (AFCEA), Private Investigator and Security Association (PISA), and the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP). Mr. Pelletier is a registered Private Investigator in the State of Virginia and is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP).

Donald F. Gendron, Executive Vice President
Donald F. Gendron who is a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Veritas Analytics, Inc., has over 40 years of experience in service to the U.S. Government. He began his military career as a Cryptologic Technician in the U.S. Navy in 1961. During his 22 years of active duty in the Naval Security Group, he served onboard various ships and at foreign and domestic duty stations, including two tours of duty at the National Security Agency (NSA).

Following a distinguished military career, Mr. Gendron began his civilian career in service to the U.S. Government and commercial clients. Working for various well-recognized contractors such as ESL and TASC since 1982, Mr. Gendron conducted research and analysis in direct support to client operational activities. Most of his work involved threat and vulnerability assessments specifically developed for risk mitigation.

Mr. Gendron received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland, and is a registered Private Investigator and independently owns a licensed Private Investigative company in the State of Virginia. His private investigative work has supported commercial customers, primarily in the area of pre-employment screening. He is a Certified Protection Professional and a member of various professional organizations including ASIS, AFCEA, SCIP, PISA, and Naval Cryptologic Veterans Association (NCVA).

Paul W. Ropp, Director of National Security Programs
Paul W. Ropp serves as the Director of National Security Programs for Veritas Analytics. Since joining the company in 1999, Paul has been instrumental in developing and leading major security programs to include the launch of an on-line international advisory service and development of innovative mechanisms for enhanced data acquisition.

Mr. Ropp brings to Veritas over 35 years of security experience from his service within both the U.S. Government and commercial consultancy. Throughout this period he has served in various roles and overseas assignments in support of the U.S. Intelligence Community. His efforts made significant contributions to the security of the U.S. in the areas of nuclear proliferation, technology transfer, and counterintelligence. During this period Paul participated in the security planning for the Barcelona Summer Olympics. Mr. Ropp has also served in the U.S. Air Force. His active duty experience as a commissioned officer focused on training and security planning. After completing his active duty obligation, Mr. Ropp continued with the Air Force Reserve, working primarily on HUMINT collection, counterintelligence, and security issues.

Paul holds both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degree from Ohio University and has begun a doctoral program at American University. A member of ASIS International (formerly the American Society for Industrial Security) Paul has earned the ASIA designation "Certified Protection Professional" (CPP). He is also registered in Virginia as a private investigator and a member of the Private Investigator and Security Association (PISA).
