Veritas Analytics has established a simple yet comprehensive five step process to assist your organization from the initial step of completing the membership application to maintaining corporate compliance once accepted. When you become a C-TPAT Compliance Partner of Veritas, we will establish a C-TPAT Account that manages and tracks your membership process. Partnering with your organization, we will become your liaison with the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol C-TPAT representative. Our process is simple and easily correlates to the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol C-TPAT process. As we stay on top of the latest information and changes, we will inform you of their impact on your organization.

Step One: The First Step to participating in the program requires you submit a completed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to the appropriate U.S. Customs and Border Protection C-TPAT office.

Step Two: Once your application has been accepted, the Second Step is to conduct a comprehensive security assessments fro your organization. Leveraging Veritas' experience in Global Security, we will conduct a thorough Security and Vulnerability Assessment. This process entails a comprehensive assessment of the following principle elements:

• Facility Security;
• Vendor, Supplier and Service Provider Security;
• Personnel Security; and
• Warehouse, Shipping and Receiving Security.

Step Three: The Third Step, Manage the Formal Reporting Process, is simple yet requires careful oversight. Once Veritas Analytics completes your corporate security assessment and receives your approval, we will formally submit for you an Executive Report to the appropriate U.S. Customs and Border Protection C-TPAT office. Our principle objective in this process is to work alongside your organization through the process of C-TPAT Acceptance and ultimately Validation phase. You will not be left alone through the process - we will work with you to manage all issues that may arise.

Step Four: Conducting remediation is a process that differs amongst many organizations and may require time and coordination across your organization and supply chain. Perhaps remediation initiatives may require trans-national coordination. This is where Veritas' Business Analysis services play a critical role for your organization.

Step Five: Once you have received C-TPAT Validation Veritas Analytics will work throughout your supply chain to establish mechanisms to assist in your supply chain to remain compliant. As your organization grows so must your security mechanisms - we will assists your organization to adapt to those changes.
